What we collect on this site
Three forms on this site collect information you type in:
- The questions form on the home page: your name, store name, email, and your message.
- The group form at /groups/: group name, your name and role, email, phone, rooftop list, feed vendor and contact, and CRM lead email.
- The OEM form at /oem/: your name, role, organization, email, phone, and message, used to send a program brief.
We use this information to contact you about listing your stores or about a program brief. We do not sell it.
Single-store listing
Single-store listing is not collected on this site. dealermcp.ai/onboard/ redirects to the Agentic Dealer Network, where the listing form, email confirmation, and credential issuance run. Information submitted there is handled under agenticdealernetwork.com/privacy.
Where it is stored
The three forms above are collected via Netlify Forms and forwarded to our support mailbox. Submissions live in both places: Netlify's form storage for this site, and the mailbox those notifications are sent to.
Inventory feeds and shopper data
Listed stores send the vehicle and pricing data they already publish, delivered as a scheduled inventory file to the network. Inventory feeds should not contain customer records, and we do not take them. We do not take DMS or CRM customer files from any dealership. When a shopper using an AI model consents to be connected with a store, the lead delivered to that store includes the name and contact details the shopper chose to share. Subprocessors
Netlify provides form handling and hosting for this site, along with the CDN it serves the site through. Shoppers' own AI clients, such as Claude or ChatGPT, are not our subprocessors for dealer form data; they are tools the shopper chose, operating on the shopper's behalf.

Retention and deletion
We keep dealer inquiry submissions for as long as they are useful for setting up or supporting your listing. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. To request deletion of your information, email privacy@agenticdealernetwork.com and we will remove it from our form storage and mailbox.
