Where listing is submitted
Single-store listing is submitted on the Agentic Dealer Network. dealermcp.ai/onboard/ redirects there. Group and OEM requests submitted on this site are handled as described on those pages. Use of the network is also governed by the terms at agenticdealernetwork.com/terms where they apply to listing, credentials, inventory, quotes, holds, and leads.
Price
Listing is free. Searchable inventory, out-the-door quotes, and holds are free and stay free. There is no invoice for being on the network. Lead delivery is free today. If we ever charge for CRM lead delivery, it is an optional add-on and stays off until the store turns it on. Nothing bills by default. We will give 60 days written notice before any paid option exists.
What DealerMCP is
DealerMCP lists a dealership's inventory on the Agentic Dealer Network via a scheduled inventory file the dealer's systems already produce. It is a listing and quoting service. It is not a sale of vehicles, and nothing on the network is an offer to sell. Every deal is finished by the dealership, on the dealership's paper.
Your data, your numbers
Inventory, pricing, and fees originate from the dealer. The ARM transmits what the dealer publishes and does not independently verify it. Quotes are built from the fee figures the dealer confirms at setup; if a number appears on a quote, the dealer supplied it.
Unlisting
A dealer can unlist anytime: stop sending the inventory file, or ask us to turn the store off. No notice period, no exit process.
Leads
Leads are delivered in standard ADF format, or an equivalent the store's CRM accepts, to the lead mailbox the dealer names. The dealer reviews leads before they send.
Acceptable use
- No fake, misleading, or unavailable inventory in the feed.
- No customer personal information in the inventory feed. The feed is vehicles and pricing, nothing else.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ARM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars for a free service. Nothing on the network is an offer to sell a vehicle, and the dealership remains responsible for every transaction it completes.
